Delicious coffee begins with careful and considered cultivation. Our coffees come from our direct partnerships with individual producers and community projects with a genuine passion for small-scale farming, sustainable practices and the production of excellent coffee. At times, we also work with other trusted importers. We push the boundaries of transparency across the supply chain, so that our wholesale partners have complete visibility into how we source our coffees and how much we pay.
We roast on a Giesen W15A drum roaster. Through testing and iteration, we design our roast profiles so that they best express each coffee’s natural characteristics and represent the talent and hard work that goes into its production. We have also implemented a rigorous quality control process. Our primary focus is to consistently deliver delicious and approachable coffees.
We offer house espressos and a rotating range of single origin coffees. We can also design bespoke blends for outlets that want to offer their customers a completely unique coffee experience.
We understand that different businesses require different coffee equipment based on a number of factors (including layout, budget and expected cups sold per day). We can source and provide guidance and recommendations on the espresso machines, grinders and barista equipment that best serve our partners’ needs.
Through exclusive partnerships, we can also pass on ‘trade only’ discounts for espresso machines and barista equipment, as well as access to discounted espresso service providers nationwide. And if you ever have any questions about your machine or set-up, we are always only a phone call away.
For our wholesale partners, we offer initial and ongoing free training on-site and at our roastery. Our training is tailored to our partners’ specific circumstances. From practical training on espresso making and filter brewing to sensory analysis and coffee evaluation, and even unpacking the speciality coffee supply chain from farm to roaster - we customise every training session so that it is useful, digestible and engaging.
As a small and nimble team, we regularly visit our partners and check in with them and their staff, so that we can together ensure that every coffee tastes as good as the last. We are always on hand to answer any questions or provide advice.
