Our approach is always bespoke, based on the identified needs of each wholesale partner. We are also adaptive – we understand that our wholesale partners’ needs are ever-evolving and we can respond to those needs in an agile and flexible way.
To ensure quality in the cup, we provide specific support with equipment selection and maintenance (including espresso machines, grinders and water filters). We also offer customised training on-site and at our roastery, including barista training, sensory training, and supply chain awareness. All training is based on the needs of our wholesale partner.
We are excited about partnering and growing together with cafes, restaurants, office spaces and other brands and friends to create a tailored offer that both best serves our clients and also helps to build an equitable and resilient supply chain for smallholder speciality coffee producers.
