Returns

Goods may be returned only due to being faulty, and so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

Cancelations

A customer may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed and be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. A customer may also cancel their subscription at any time one week before the expected delivery and be given a full refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

Shipping times

UK shipping is sent with Royal Mail and DPD, delivery will arrive within 28 days, however, they usually arrive in 2 working days. Overseas shipping price and receive by date are dependant country by country.
