Built in 2017, Shyira Washing Station sits at 2,000 MASL, with neighbouring producers delivering cherries from farms reaching up to 2,400 MASL. Its high altitude, favourable climate, and location in a part of Rwanda with relatively few washing stations make Shiyra a distinctive site, well suited to producing consistently high-quality lots year on year. This coffee is a great example — a sweet, creamy cup, with notes of strawberry gelato and tropical fruits.
